The Boulder Course, also known as The Cimarron Long Course, plays to a par-71. From the back tees the course plays to 6,858 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,127 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 590 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 159 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 2, a 440 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at The Boulder Course is # 15, a 339 yard par-4.

Cimarron, named after the vibrant purple flower, also means "wild and untamed". Enhancing the stark beauty of the native desert, the Cimarron courses use European-style characteristics such as sod-wall bunkers filled with white crushed marble against the creative contouring of the emerald fairways.

This challenging but friendly resort layout provides a great test for the lower handicappers but a rewarding experience for the weekend players. The Boulder Course offers four sets of tees that make it fun for players of all abilities.

The Pebble Course, also known as The Cimarron Short Course, plays to a par-56 and measures 3,164 yards from the back tees.

The Pebble Course was recently voted the Top Shorter Length Course in California. If you are looking to hit every club in your bag, finish an 18 hole round in 3 hours and have plenty of energy left to enjoy the rest of the day, the Pebble Course is for you. The Pebble course is very popular with couples, juniors and skins games, not to mention that you have 17 chances to make a hole in one.
