The course is nestled in the Trinity River Valley one of the most scenic areas in Northern California. With clear blue skies, surrounding wilderness, and views of the coastal mountain range from almost every hole, this is an extreamly pleasant location for a golf course. The course is well-manicured all year long and a challenge for all abliities. The greens are small and fast with four guarded by water. The course is primarily open but there are several narrow tree-lined fairways. Additional tee angle locations are available when playing a double loop eighteen hole round.
