Black Diamond Ranch, Highland Course

Black Diamond Ranch Golf & Country Club, is a Private, 45 hole golf facility located in Lecanto, Florida. The Black Diamond facility has two 18-hole courses (The Quarry Course and The Ranch Course) and a 9-hole course (The Highlands).

The 9-hole Highlands Course is the most recent addition to Black Diamond Ranch, opening in 1997. The course was designed by Tom Fazio.

This rolling track has tree-lined fairways and boasts spectacular views throughout.

The Highlands Course is a mix of lush, rippling fairways, stands of oak and pine, pristine water features and natural beauty.

Situated on the highest point at Black Diamond, the Highlands Course favors an old-fashioned running game, with slightly crowned greens and closely-shaved chipping areas posing a unique test.

The Highlands Course plays to 3500-yards and a par-36. The course also has an impressive slope rating of 147, placing it among the nation’s most challenging.

The Highlands can also be played in tandem with either nines of the Ranch Course.
