There are several dogleg fairways in the design, including hole #1, a 475-yard, par 5, which bends heavily to the left. There are additional sets of tees that can be used when playing a double loop eighteen hole round.
The land sold in 2011. It was sold as two parcels totaling 170 acers for a reported selling price of $560,000.
