Augusta National Golf Club -The Nine Hole is a Private 9 hole golf course located in Augusta, Georgia.

The Par 3 course was built in 1958 by architect George Cobb and Clifford Roberts

Par for the course is 27. The course plays to 1,060 yards. 

Playing the course has become a Wednesday tradition at the Masters. The tradition started in 1960 and was won that year by Sam Snead. Tournament participants, non-competing past champions, and honorary Invitees may participate in the Contest. 

In the history of the Contest there have been 77 holes-in-one made, a record five where made in 2002. No Par 3 Contest winner has won the Masters the same year as his short-course victory. Art Wall (1965) and Gay Brewer (1973) share the course record of 20.
