Country Meadows Golf Course is a public par-3, 14 hole golf course located in Fort Ann, New York.
The course first opened to play in 2000.
Country Meadows Golf Course is a wide open and easy to walk 14 hole public golf course near Lake George. The course has three ponds and great scenic views. Wide fairways and bent grass greens make this course very enjoyable to play
The course closed in 2016.
Jeremy Treadway, a former race car driver who sells motorcycles, snowmobiles, and off-road vehicles at Treadway Motorsports in Ticonderoga, purchased the 106-acre golf course. Construction has begun to build a 15-foot-wide and 4,300-foot-long motocross track on the former golf course.
