Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club

Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Roscoe, New York.

Tennanah Lake Golf Course first opened for play in 1926. The course was designed by Alfred H. Tull.

This mountain course has most holes and tee boxes located in very secluded spots. The greens vary from the original "postage stamp" sized to some newly built larger greens. The course has greenside and fairway sand bunkers. Cart paths have been added to the back nine, two greens have been reconfigured and water hazards have been enlarged. These changes bring a bit of a new look to the oldest course in Sullivan County.

The property also has a driving range, practice greens, and a complete Pro Shop. There is also a 24 room, air-conditioned Inn for your stay and play enjoyment.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,370 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,164 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-5 that plays to 533 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 164 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 15 a 407-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Tennanah Lake Golf Course is # 9, a 181 yard par-3.
