Pinehurst Resort & Country Club -No.4

Pinehurst Resort & Country Club is a premier golf facility that boasts nine (9) 18-hole championship courses located in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The courses are Numbered No.1 - No.9.

Pinehurst Golf Course #4 first opened for play in 1919. The course was designed by Donald J. Ross. It was renovated, updated, and redesigned by Tom Fazio. The course was again, redesigned/renovated in 2018, this time by Gil Hanse

Pinehurst No.4

Don't let the number fool you. They kept the old name, even the majority of Ross' original routing. But in 2000, Fazio officially opened No. 4 as a brand new course and Gil Hanze did the same in 2018. There are new layouts, new pot bunkers totaling over 140 in number, and an incredible new lake, making it entirely different from when the course first opened in 1919.
