Detailed description

Hershey Country Club is a 63-hole golf facility located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The facility has two 18-hole courses that are available to private members, their guests, and resort customers. These two courses are the East Courses and The West Course. In addition to these two courses, are two courses open to the public, they are the 18-hole Hershey Links and the 9-hole Spring Creek Golf Course.

Spring Creek Golf Course

Mr. Hershey built the original nine-hole course in 1932 as the first course in the United States open to players under age 18. Renovated in 2006, the course remains beginner-friendly, with a second set of tees to create an 18-hole experience as well.

East Course at Hershey Country Club

Built in 1969, this course features elevated greens, sparkling lakes, and more than 100 bunkers. Designer George Fazio captured the natural beauty of central Pennsylvania’s countryside with views that golfers can appreciate on every hole. The 7,061-yard par 71 has a rating of 74.5 and slope of 136.

West Course at Hershey Country Club

Designed by Maurice McCarthy in 1930, this course is a classic example of a traditional American-style layout. The signature hole is the par-3 fifth that features spectacular scenery with High Point Mansion, Milton S. Hershey’s former home, as a backdrop. The 6,860-yard, par 73 has a rating of 72.6 and slope of 130.

Hershey Links

Featuring traditional links-style golf with flowing fescue grasses, Hershey Links is a par 72 with five sets of tees to accommodate every level of golfer. The challenging course stretches along 175 peaceful acres and is accented by many features that impact strategy, including ponds and creeks, pot bunkers, and multi-level greens
