Detailed description

Meadowbrook Golf Complex is a Public, 36 hole golf facility located in Lubbock, Texas. The facility has two regulation 18-hole golf courses. They are The Canyon Course and The Creek Course,

The Creek Course originally called the Old Squirrel Hollow Course, opened in 1946. The course was designed by Ralph Plummer. Warren Cantrell put his signature here in 1955, then Bob Lohmann came along for another renovation in 1988.

The Creek Course is a picturesque par-70, a 6,329-yard layout featuring an abundance of trees framing tight fairways and lots of water. The Creek Course is the more challenging of the two Meadowbrook courses. It has narrow fairways and requires a shot-maker's touch.

The Creek Course's signature hole is No. 14, a beautiful dogleg left par-4 with an approach shot over water that will test the mettle of any golfer.

The Creek's sixth hole is the toughest: a par 3 playing 230 yards from the tips.

Blue tees: par-70, 6,329 yards, 71.5 / 122
White tees: par-70, 6,091 yards, 70.1 / 119
Gold tees: par-70, 5,032 yards, 69.0 / 117
Red tees: par-70, 4,828 yards, 74.3 / 117
