This is a mountain course with elevation changes and scenic views. The fairways are tree lined, and the greens are average-sized. Water hazards come into play on at least twelve holes.

The longest hole on the course is # 12, a par-5 that plays to 595 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 129 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 12, a 595-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 2, a 172 yard par-3. The signature hole is a short par 3, named "Jaws," because it requires play across a ravine that has a sandblasted carving of a shark with its jaws wide open.
