Palmer Golf Course is a Public  18 holes golf course located in Palmer, Alaska.

Palmer Golf Course first opened for play in 1990. The course was designed by William Overdorf. 

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 7,125 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,895 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 600 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 9, a par-3 that plays to 180 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 7, a 460 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 380 yard par-4.

Palmer Golf Course is a links-style course and is known for its scenery of the Chugach Mountains and Knik Glacier. In addition, the Matanuska River flows alongside the course and comes into play on seven holes.   #6, a 350-yard, par 4, is the signature hole. It and offers an unparalleled view of the Knik Glacier from off its green. You won’t want to forget your camera!
