Colton Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Colton, California. Colton Golf Course was previously owned by Sam Snead, and was known as the Sunset Dunes Golf Club.

Colton Golf Course first opened for play in 1963. The course was designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Colton Golf Course instituted night golf in the 1960's and has recently revamped its lighting system to brighten the course. The course is well-lit and accommodates players of all skill levels.

Golfers cite certain advantages to playing at night. The course is not as crowded - so you can play at your own relaxed pace - and the greens fees are considerably less than a weekend day rate. Golfers often do not have the time for a 5 1/2 hour weekend round, so they come out to Colton during the evening where they can play in 3 hours or less.
