Seal Beach Navy Golf Course, Destroyer

Seal Beach Navy Golf Course is a Military, 27 hole golf course located in Cypress, California. The facility has an 18-hole course, The Destroyer and a nine hole executive course, The Cruiser. The course allows public play.

Seal Beach Navy Golf Course first opened for play in 1966. The Destroyer course was designed by Joe Williams. 

The 18-hole championship Destroyer Course is a 6,780-yard challenge for even the most seasoned golfer, while the 9-hole executive Cruiser Course offers an ideal setting for a leisurely round with family and friends.

Destroyer Course

The Cruiser Course is a championship eighteen hole course. The terrain is flat and easy to walk.  

The Destroyer Course is very challenging. It has fourteen water hazards, including a large pond that must be carried on hole #9, a 184-yard, par-3.  The fairways range from narrow to wide, and the greens are large and fast.
