Ridgemark Golf & Country Club, Diablo Golf Course

Ridgemark Golf & Country Club, is a Public, 36 hole golf course located in Hollister, California. The Ridgemark facility has two 18-hole golf courses, they are The Diablo and The Gabilan. Ridgemark is less than 40 minutes from both the metropolitan areas and Carmel; 15 minutes from historic San Juan Bautista Mission; 45 minutes south of San Jose; 20 minutes from the Gilroy Outlet Center and adjacent to several world class wineries.

The Diablo course first opened for play in 1974. The course was designed by Richard Bigler

Diablo is the more scenic course of the two courses. The course can get windy. A rolling, hilly layout with wide contoured greens. Lots of out-of-bounds

#7 is a par-5 where you hit off a hillside onto a landing area and over a barranca abut 595 yards. This is truly a great hole that many will remember as Diablo's most challenging.

Diablo is the more of a scoring course, with a par-5 (#11) that's reachable in two for most people, and also a par-4 (#13) that's easy to par with birdies always a real possibility.
