Very nice and accommodating staff. Traditional layout in good condition. Would definitely play here again due to the bargain price, but nothing very memorable about the course.

I played each of the 3 nine-hole layouts--two on one day and one on the following day. The rate I paid was based on my being a guest in a time share facility just off the course. At the full rate, there are other courses in Southern California that I judge to be better than this one. However, in the Palm Springs area, this is probably as good a value as one will find in the winter. I was a single and played with golfers from Canada, England and Washington. The parking lot was full of out of state cars, so it's obviously a very popular course for those who visit the Palm Springs area in the winter.

This is an older course in the area with 9 nine hole courses. What I like about it may be cons for others. These sets of nines can be tight, although not long. With the housing hovering over some of the fairways, it can get. . . well, no one wants that thought. But the course has a good lay out that winds through the old homes. It isn't exactly a bomb and wedge kind of course, it's really fun as it makes you think of choosing what club and play to do on each shot. Fun to play this course!!!

This course has one advantage that others do not have, which is 27 holes so there is always 18 holes open year round.

We have a vacation home at Indian Palms so we play the course quite often. If you play golf in the Coachella Valley you know you can easily pay well over $100.00 between December and April and still pay between $40.00 and 70.00 in summer. Well here is where Indian Palms shines. In “season” you can play for under $80.00 (carts always included) and the green fees start to drop in May, and if you don’t mind playing in the summer heat you can play unlimited golf for $25.00 to $35.00 per day! In winter you will be hard pressed to find better greens and in summer the greens are just a bit longer (so they don’t burn up) but still better than most greens in the valley. The fairways are always in very good condition. The three different nines have their own personalities and are very enjoyable to play. I have played from Pebble Beach to Old St. Andrews and can say with all honesty for the money this is one of the best values in the Palm Springs area. Don’t pass up the grill for lunch, all the food is good-I have never had a bad meal and I have been eating there since 2007. Good bar, they have a couple good beers on tap and they pour an honest cocktail at fair prices.

I live at Indian Palms and have played it for the past 5 years. Would recommend it even during the "season" where all of the pricing go up.

Indian Palms is always an interesting challenge. My round was played under "twilight" conditions on a Saturday afternoon in prime season, and the pace of play was ideal...very little waiting to play.

Indian Palms is always a unique experience, since you are routed on two of three nines, and each round is different.
