Matanzas Creek meanders through four holes, and with no houses lining the course, it's just you and your game, which is aided mightily by wonderful course conditions. A quartet of long par-5s are reachable. Greens were enlarged and upgraded and bunkers were added a couple of years ago, and a new clubhouse and pro shop opened in late summer 2007. Meanwhile, players at this gateway to the Wine Country continue to enjoy one of the very best values in the golf world.
