Valley Gardens Golf Course, is a Public, 9 hole golf course located in Scotts Valley, California.

Valley Gardens golf course first opened for play in 1971. This 9-hole par-28 executive course was designed by Bob E. and Robert L. Baldock.

Valley Gardens has (8) par-3 holes and (1) par-4. The course plays to a maximum distance of 1,785 yards for a course rating of 29 and a slope rating of 85.

A bit of history...

Steven H. Barath 1913-2001;  Played Professional baseball with the San Francisco Seal alongside the famed Joe Dimaggio in mid-1930′s.  Following his baseball career, Steve built, owned and operated 3 different 9-hole courses in the bay area.  Sunken Gardens( now owned by the City of Sunnyvale) as well as Valley Gardens are still in operation today.
