Tahoe City Golf Course is a Public 9 hole golf course located in Tahoe City, California.
The course was designed by May Dunn Hupfel. She was a celebrated English female golf champion. Tahoe City Golf Course one of the first courses in the United States designed by a woman. Originally 6 holes, the course was expanded to 9 hole in 1926.
Par for the course is 33. From the back tees the course plays to 2,678 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2,403 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-5 that plays to 485 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 165 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 420 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 6, a 171 yard par-3.
Since 2012, the golf course has been owned by Tahoe City Public Utility District.
