Valley Oaks Golf Club

I'm a pretty new golfer but I found this to be an excelent set of courses with a lot of variety in which set of 9's you play on a given day. The course is neither really difficult nor really easy. Fairways and greens are in great shape with the exception of one par 3 which was being worked on and had a temporary "green" set up short of the actual green. They are doing some work on the course still and hopefully will get some water back in the hazards where they are currently dry after the work is done. It also has a nice practice putting green and separate pitching green. Great driving range. All-in-all, great course, reasonable price (to me) and a lot of fun.

Great course. The locals informed me that one million dollars is being put into the course for more improvements. My next business trip here, I will most defintely play it again.

Weekend price is a little high, best value is during the week. Good staff.

Municipal course, only one in town of 110,000 people. Has improved over the last several years as greens have been changed & other things done to help the play of the course.
