West Woods Golf Club is a Public 27 hole golf facility located in Arvada, Colorado. The facility has 3 9-hole courses. They are, The Sleeping Indian 9, The Cottonwood 9 and The Silo 9. These segments can be combined into 3 different 18-hole combinations.
The city of Arvada built the first two nines at West Woods, the original 18, in 1994. Those two courses, The Sleeping Indian 9 and The Cottonwood 9, were designed by Richard M. Phelps. Phelps' son, Rick, laid out West Wood's third nine-hole course, The Silo 9, in 1998-99.
Each nine has a very different personality. They change the combination of nines that you can play on a daily basis.
