Copper Creek Golf Club is a Resort 18 hole golf course located in Copper Mountain, Colorado.
Copper Creek Golf Club opened in 1980. The back nine was added and the original holes redesigned by Pete and Perry Dye in 1987.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,094 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,374 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 554 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 119 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 502-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Copper Creek Golf Club is # 15, a 146 yard par-3.
The course is located at the base of Copper Mountain and will test the abilities of the most experienced golfer. During the winter months, die-hard golfers play in the snow with colored golf balls. In the typical Dye fashion, railroad ties are "par for the course." The back nine begins with a tricky 379-yard, par 4, featuring a large lake that must be carried on the approach to the green.
