Tunxis Plantation Country Club is a Public, 45 hole golf course facility located in Farmington, Connecticut. The facility has two 18-Hole courses and one 9-hole course. The 18-hole courses are The White Course, The Green Course, and The Red Course.
Tunxis Plantation Country Club, The Red Course first opened for play in 1962. The nine hole Red Course was originally part of the Green Course designed by Al Zikorus. In 1994, Mike Zikorus, the designer of new nine holes, added the nine new holes to the Green Course and nine of the holes from the original green course became the Red Course.
Tunxis Plantation Country Club, The Red Courseis a 9 hole, par 35 course with holes along the picturesque Farmington River. This course was the original course built in 1962.
