Birch Plain is a par 3 (18 holes, par 54) golf course. The front 9 opened in 1965 and was designed by Armando Baldelli. The back nine was added in 1974 and is more wooded than the front nine.

This course is well suited for the beginner and senior golfer as well as the low handicapper who wants to hone their short game. Water hazards come into play on three holes. Ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
