Cedar Knob golf course requires solid course management on the front nine if you want any chance at scoring a low round. The back nine is much tighter and has a lot more trees. The course's signature hole is #18, a 405-yard, par 4, requiring tee shot up a severe dogleg left fairway featuring a pond with a fountain in the center. Hole #17, a 480-yard, par 4, has the only elevated tee. Numerous well-positioned bunkers have been placed throughout the course. Water hazards (ponds and brooks) come into play on at least four holes.
