Amelia Island Plantation Golf Course, Oak Marsh

The Amelia Island Plantation resort in Amelia Island has54-holes of golf, three-18-hole golf courses, they are: The Ocean Links Course, The Oak Marsh Course, and The Long Point Course. The Omni Amelia Island Plantation recently invested over 3 million dollars towards updating the driving range, golf pro shop and dining venue - Marsh View Bar& Grill with outdoor deck and grilling station overlooking the 9thhole of Oak Marsh. Catch breathtaking sunsets while enjoying a cocktail and light fare on the deck. Oak Marsh and Ocean Links were also renovated.

The Oak Marsh golf course at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation first opened for play in 1972. The course was designed by Pete Dye.

The Oak Marsh Golf Course is noted for its tight fairways and small greens, meandering along serpentine salt marsh creeks and through the moss draped heritage oaks for which Amelia Island is famous.

The Omni Amelia Island Plantation's Oak Marsh golf course plays to a par-72 and a maximum distance of 6,580 yards. The course rating is 71.7 and the slope rating is 130.

The Omni Amelia Island Plantation's Oak Marsh golf course has 14 holes with water hazards and numerous bulkheaded greens. A variety of bunkers are placed throughout the course to add to the challenge and a natural approach has been maintained as well with the use of coquina shell cart paths, native plant life and preserved habitats for the local wildlife.
