Bonaventure Country Club, is a Resort, 36 hole golf facility located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The facility has two 18-hole champioship golf courses, The East Course and The West Course.
The East Course first opened for play in 1972. The course was designed Joe Lee and Charles M. Mahannah, Jr.
This par 72 course measures 7,158 from the Black tees for a course rating of 74.2 and a slope rating of 132. The East course is a classic Florida layout with holes routed through strands of mature palms and hardwoods, and around numerous water hazards and large bunkers.
#3 on The East Course is the Nationally Famous Waterfall Hole.
