Meadowbrook Golf Club first opened for play in 1987. Steve Smyers designed the course.
The course has tight fairways. The greens are small and undulating. Water hazards (ponds) come into play on five holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,276 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 4,519 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 585 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 142 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 14, a 430-yard par-4 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, the 142 yard par-3.
Closed July 2021.
Meadowbrook announced that it was temporarily closed on July 8, 2021. The course closed due to excessive flooding and lack of water drainage from Tropical Storm Elsa. Since then, it has not reopened.
