Wedgewood Golf Course is a public 9-hole par-3 golf course located in Grand Island, Florida.
Wedgewood Golf Course opened for play in 1990. The course was designed by Herb Stenger who also developed the adjacent neighborhood.
This par 3 course was built on predominantly flat terrain, but there is one large hill that comes into play on two holes. The greens are fast, and the fairways are wide open. Strategically-placed sand bunkers come into play, but there aren't any water hazards. The fairways are narrow and sometimes parallel making FORE an often heard word.
Wedgewood Golf Course plays to a 9-hole par of 27 and a maximum 9-hole distance of 1,391 yards.
