Lost Lake Golf Club is a Semi-Private 18 holes golf course located in Hobe Sound, Florida, just south of Stuart.
Lost Lake Golf Club first opened for play in 1992. The course was designed by Jim and Tom Fazio.
The course has a defined cut of rough bordering the fairways, so shot accuracy is at a premium. The large greens are somewhat sloped. There are a few grass bunkers on the course, but there are many more waste bunkers.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,850 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,106 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 10, a par-5 that plays to 548 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 16, a par-3 that plays to 165 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 542 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Lost Lake is # 16, the 165 yard par-3.
The signature hole is #7, a 485-yard, par 5, which a golfer can reach in two shots, but they must hit their fairway shot to a green that is well protected by water hazards.
