Orangebrook Country Club is a Public 36 hole golf facility located in Hollywood, Florida. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses. They are The East Course at Orangbrook and The West Course at Orangebrook.
Orangebrook's first course, The East Course, opened for play in 1933. The course was designed by A. J. Ewing. The West Course's first nine holes were opened for play in 1955. The nine was designed by Red Lawrence. In 1961, he renovated The East Course and completed the final nine holes on the West Course.
Both courses were built on predominantly flat terrain. Numerous sand bunkers were incorporated into the course designs. The greens vary in size. The West Course's fairways are more open and easier to hit than on her sister course.
The West Course's signature hole is #18.
#18 Par 5 – 560 yards (dogleg right from your second shot)
Very challenging finishing hole with OB down the left side and water running along the right. A good positioned tee shot will give you the opportunity to position your third shot (mid to short iron) to a very demanding well guarded green with water in front and two bunkers back left of green.
Gold tees: par-71, 6,626 yards, 71.5 / 125
Blue tees: par-71, 6,208 yards, 69.5 / 121
White tees: par-71, 5,712 yards, 66.9 / 115
Green tees: par-71, 4,680 yards, 66.9 / 114
