Monarch Golf Club At Royal High is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located just outside of Orlando in the city of Leesburg, Florida.
Monarch Golf Club At Royal High first opened for play in 1997. The course was designed by Len DeBoer.
Monarch Golf Club is carved from gently rolling hills, with lakes and ponds strategically placed throughout it. The fairways are wide open and vary between flat and rolling. The well-bunkered greens are average-sized, fast and vary between flat and undulating. Water hazards come into play on nine holes, and dogleg fairways on five others. Much of the land that the club occupies has been preserved as a wetlands area, offering golfers a glimpse of native wildlife. In addition to its natural beauty, Monarch Golf Club at Royal Highlands is popular due to its accessible layout that accommodates both low and high handicap players.
