Lely Flamingo Island Club -Classics, is a 54 hole golf facility located in Naples, Florida. The facility has three 18-hole golf courses. Two of the courses are public access, they are The Flamingo Island Course and The Mustang course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Lee Trevino, respectively. The third course is the exclusive private Classics Course, designed by Gary Player.
The Mustang Course opened for play in 1997. Lee Trevino was the course architect.
The layout forces players to use both ball striking and course management skills to position the ball off the tee. Balancing playability with the natural beauty of marshlands, the Mustang course has gently rolling fairways, large greens, and 12 lakes.
