Dubsdread Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Orlando, Florida.
Dubsdread Golf Course is located just minutes from downtown Orlando. Dubsdread is the oldest public course in the area. Dubsdread was originally designed designed by Tom Bendelow in 1923 and recently renovated and redesigned by Mike Dasher in 2008. This classic course has plenty of history attached to it as the former site of the Orlando Open, when it hosted such golf legends as Sam Snead, Ben Hogan and Claude Harmon.
Golfers today can experience the same 1920's style golf course, beautiful scenery and challenges of the original course, including narrow fairways and heavily bunkered "postage stamp" style greens. At 6,165 yards from the Championship tees, this par-70 course is sure to offer a fair, but challenging test for all. The course rating is 69 and the slope rating is 115.
