PGA National Resort is a Resort, 90 hole golf facility located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The facility has five 18-hole golf courses. They are The Fazio Course, The Champions Course, The Palmer Course, The Squire Course, and The Estates Course.
The Fazio Course
The course first opened for play in 1980. The Fazio Course was originally named The Haig Course in tribute to golfing great Walter Hagen. The Haig Course was designed by Tom & George Fazio. The course was redesigned in 2012 by Tom Fazio II. With the redesign and renovation also came the name change
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 7,050 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,100 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 570 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 160 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, the 570-yard par-5 challenge is the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at The Fazio Golf Course is # 13, a 185 yard par-3.
