Hollybrook Golf & Tennis Club, Par 3 Course

Hollybrook Golf & Tennis Club is a private 36-hole golf facility located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The facility has an 18-hole championship hole and an 18-hole par-3 course. The courses are part of a gated condominium community. Unlimited course access is available to those who rent or own property in the community.

The course is opened to the public except for November 1st to April 15th, when it is private and reserved exclusively for property owners and renters. 

The Par-3 Course opened in 1960. It was the first of the two Hollybrook courses.

The Par 3 Course is wide open and short. Beginners, seniors, and those wishing to practice their short game will appreciate the par-3 course. The fairways are lined with condominiums, and canals frequently come into play. 

Par for the course is 54. From the back tees, the course plays to 1,796 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 124 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 13, a par-3 that plays to 72 yards.
