Emerald Dunes is a Public 18 hole golf course located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The course was designed by Tom Fazio. Emerald Dunes first opened for play in 1990. The golf course underwent an extensive master plan renovation in 2011, with Tom Fazio personally managing the project.
This unique, natural dunes style course features five sets of tees with total yardage ranging from 5300 to over 7100 yards, providing versatility and challenge for players of all ability levels. The course has more than 100 bunkers and features 70 acres of lakes bringing water into play on fifteen out of eighteen holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 7,006 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,676 yards. The longest hole on the course is #17, a par-5 that plays to 580 yards. The shortest hole on the course is #4, a par-3 that plays to 169 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for #9, a 474 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is #16, a 181 yard par-3.
