Southport Springs Golf Club

Southport Springs Golf Club  is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Memberships are available for Southport Springs residents (a 55 community) and pay-as-you-go daily fees are also offered.  

Southport Springs Golf Club first opened for play in 1996. The course was designed by David Rosow, Sr.

This course has a nice mixture of fairways.  Some of the fairways are cut through the woods, while others were designed to play through a pasture.  The greens are large and fast.  The terrain is rolling, and lakes come into play several times.

Par for the course is 69. From the back tees the course plays to 4,886 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 3,880 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 485 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 135 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 18, a 415 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 230 yard par-4.
