The Creekside Course ____________________
The Creekside Course, with its many swamp areas, is a real challenge. Be sure to bring enough golf balls when you play this course. Creekside is a target-style, wetlands course reminiscent of the Carolina Low Country. The most difficult hole is #8, a 452-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a narrow fairway guarded by out-of-bounds stakes on both the right and left, then an approach shot over water to a tiered green.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,959 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,993 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 15, a par-5 that plays to 539 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 4, a par-3 that plays to 150 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 515 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 16, a 220 yard par-3.
