Cherokee Run Golf Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Conyers, Georgia.

Cherokee Run Golf Club first opened for play in 1995, The course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay.

Cherokee Run Golf Club is located in the Georgia International Horse Park, which played host to the equestrian and mountain-bike events during the 1996 Summer Olympics. The course intertwines with the natural terrain of the cross-country course, and features granite outcroppings, wetlands, steep inclines and woodlands. The fairways are tree lined, and the greens are fast and slightly undulating. Water hazards come into play on six holes.

The signature hole is #3, a 196-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot past the sand bunkers lining both sides of the fairway before reaching the green.
