Three Oaks Golf Course first opened for play in 1997. The course was designed by Roy Sturkey.
Three Oaks Golf Course is moderately hilly with no major elevation changes. The greens are average in size and hold some tricky breaks. When the course was built, the existing landscape was cleared with the exception of some large trees. Newly-planted trees define the fairways. One of the more challenging holes is #13, a 247-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over a marsh type hazard.
