Country Oaks Golf Course

Country Oaks Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Thomasville, Georgia. 

Country Oaks Golf Course is a municipal golf course owned and operated by the City of Thomasville for the pleasure of residents and visitors. Country Oaks first opened for play in 1979.

Country Oaks is beautifully located in a wooded setting accented by three lakes and surrounded by areas of wild azaleas, dogwoods, pines, oaks, and magnolias.

Country Oaks Golf Course plays to a par-71 and 6,207 yards from the blue tees, 5,709 from the white, and 5055 from the red. The course carries a USGA rating of 70.4 from the blue, 68.0 from the white, and 70.2 from the red. The front nine is a par 35 and the back nine is a par 36.

The longest hole on the course is #17, a par-5 that plays to 501 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 137 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 15, a 423 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 2, a 137 yard par-3.
