Mattoon Golf & Country Club

Mattoon Golf & Country Club is a Private , 18 hole golf course located in Mattoon, Illinois.

Mattoon Golf & Country Club first opened for play in 1920 as a 9-hole course. The course was designed by  L. G. Lockwood. Larry Packard and his son, Roger, designed the second nine holes, which were added in 1971.

This course has gentle rolling hills with several lakes that come into play.  The fairways are open, with some trees and sand bunkers.
