Links At Heartland Crossing
Links At Heartland Crossing first opened for play in 1998. The course was designed by Nick Price and Steven R. Smyers.
The collaboration of Price and Smyers produced a masterpiece of winding fairways, rolling terrain and picturesque ponds and lakes. Yet the single feature to stand out in most golfers' minds will be the bunkers. Large, dramatically shaped bunkers. Helping define fairways and helping protect the greens. Almost entirely unencumbered by houses along fairways. Golfers will know this course exists for golfers.
Price - Smyers Design Heartland Crossing Golf Links presents unique challenges to golfers of all skill levels. Low-handicap golfers will find ways to work the ball around the course. Shaving precious strokes by hitting punch shots to tight pins, or knockdown irons to decrease the effects of prevailing winds. The higher handicap player will enjoy being able to hit spacious fairways and rolling the ball onto greens (one could almost play the entire course using a putter!).
