Clearcrest Pines Golf & Banquet Centre is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Evansville, Indiana.
Clearcrest Pines opened for play in 1923. The course was designed by Ron Pritchard.
The course was built on hilly terrain, so expect some uneven lies. The fairways are tree lined, and water comes into play on eleven holes. The signature hole is #3, a 468-yard, par 5, requiring two calculated shots to position you for a 125-yard approach over water to the green.
Clearcrest Pines Golf Course plays to a par-70 and a maximum distance of 6,023 yards. The course rating is 69.2 and the slope rating is 130.
The course closed in 2014.
Aaron Kendall, a real estate agent and vice president at F.C. Tucker Commercial, purchased the 127-acre site at the auction in 2015 for $1.07 million. He is developing the property as a high-end residential subdivision to be called Clearcrest Estates.
