South Bend Country Club

South Bend Country Club, is a public 9 hole golf course located in South Bend, Indiana.

South Bend Country Club first opened for play in 1916. The course was designed by George ONeil.

This 9-hole executive course has numerous trees and bushes lining the fairways. A scenic bridge crosses a creek that comes into play on two of the nine holes. Small sand bunkers can be found on three holes.The greens are small, elevated and undulating.

Par for the course is 29 for men and 30 for women.. The course plays to 1,898 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-4 that plays to 380 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 113 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 7, a 244 yard par-3 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 8, a 113 yard par-3.
