Maple Heights Golf & Country Club is a Semi-Private, 9 hole golf course located in Elma, Iowa.

Maple Heights Golf & Country Club first opened for play in July 1990. The course was built and designed by Ken and Bob Gansen on what had previously been a 62-acre corn field.

Over 300 trees line the fairways. Four water hazards, including a 2.5-acre lake, add to the challenge.
