Detailed description

The Cape Club, originally named Ballymeade Country Club, is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in North Falmouth, Massachusetts.

The course first opened for play in 1989. The course was designed by Jim Fazio and Chi Chi Rodriguez.

This beautiful course was built on hilly terrain and features plush fairways, and medium-sized greens. The course offers some beautiful views of Buzzard's Bay. Ponds come into play on four holes. The signature hole is #11, a 174-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from off an elevated tee that overlooks Buzzard Bay to an island green.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,928 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,001 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 18, a par-5 that plays to 581 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 174 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 6, a 448 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Ballymeade Country Club is # 14, a 180 yard par-3.
