Atlantic Country Club first opened for play in 1994. The course was designed by Geoffrey S. Cornish, and Brian M. Silva.

The Atlantic Country Club golf course was built on gently rolling hills, so uneven lies are fairly common. The fairways are generous, but protected at times by both grass and sand bunkers. The greens are larger than average-sized, and ponds come into play on three holes. The 18 championship holes sit on over 187 acres of scenic land in beautiful south Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,728 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 4,918 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 16, a par-5 that plays to 525 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 176 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 8, a 448 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Atlantic Country Club is # 13, a 339 yard par-4.
