Bald Mountain Golf Course is a Public, 27 hole golf facility located in Lake Orion, Michigan. The facility has the 18-hole Regulation Course and the 9-hole Executive Nine Course.
Regulation Course at Bald Mountain Golf Course first opened for play in 1929. The course was designed by Wilfrid Reid.
The Regulation Course is an old traditional design built on very rolling and hilly terrain. The course has no water hazards, but the heavy slope of the fairways will create problems, and the nine dogleg fairways force accurate shot placements. Some of the greens and tee boxes are elevated.
Blue tees: par-72, 6,624 yards, 71.5 / 121
White tees: par-72, 6,206 yards, 69.4 / 117
Red tees: par-72, 5,396 yards, 70.8 / 115
Bald Mountain Golf Course closed in 2015.
The course is slated to become a 338-lot Pulte Homes development called Bald Mountain.
